Agreement to Terms By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

Payment and Fees All fees for our services must be paid in full before work commences. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the final product until all fees are paid in full. All fees paid are non-refundable.

Scope of Work We will provide services as outlined in the project proposal and/or contract. Any additional work outside of the agreed-upon scope will require a change order and additional fees may apply.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to any work created by us in the course of our services shall be owned exclusively by us until final payment is made. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the work will transfer to the client.

Confidentiality We will maintain confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information provided to us by the client. We will not disclose such information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Warranties and Disclaimers We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any work created in the course of our services. We are not responsible for any damages arising out of the use of our services.

Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for those services.

Termination Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Assam Jurisdiction, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of jurisdiction.

Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
